How is my site updated?

You can update me by email or phone with any change you wish to make to your site. I review email numerous times a day. If you contact any of my existing customers, they can tell you that I update pages the same day I am given the material.

What types of content can you produce?

I have experience incorporating pictures or clip-art into a site. Also we can use slideshows to enhance photo's. We can scan forms and provide them for printing. We can also customize a form for your customer to submit to you for feedback or ordering. We provide a password protected page, audio or video,

Do I sign a contract?

No, there are no contracts to sign, either party can choose to terminate this service at any time. WFS will not refund any fees which might have been paid in advance for service not yet provided. However, if you have paid for maintenance through June and you canceled in April, WFS will allow the website to stay online until June.

What am I paying for? How and when do I pay?

A typical customer is paying for domain name, website construction and monthly maintenance. You can pay up to one year in advance.
