Website Proposal

This proposal is for the website construction and maintenance for ABC Heating. WFS agrees to provide website service including purchase of a domain name, building of a website and monthly maintenance of the site for the prices listed here.

Domain name----------15.00 per year
Site Construction-----300.00 one-time fee
Maintenance------------75.00 quarterly charge, every three months

Payment for these fees which totals 385.00 will be due once the site is finished and online. Every three months, you will be billed $75.00 as our maintenance/hosting charge. This quarterly maintenance fee is guaranteed for one year from date of site completion.

While the site is being built, a dummy site will be created to allow you to view the pages as I am completing them. This will enable you to inform me of incorrect information and update new things.

We will work with you to provide copy for the site and upload pictures to enhance the quality of the layout. There is no contract to sign, so if either party decides to terminate this arrangement, there are no commitments beyond services already provided. Since we do bill maintenance in advance, should you cancel, WFS would continue to publish the site until renewal date.

All we ask of you is timely response to our need for information and response to inquiries we might make regarding data for the site. Thank you so much for this opportunity to serve you with a business tool that is sure to enhance the quality of your service.
